1. To manage a leveling planing together with the whole operation organization
2. To support production bottleneck identification by capacity planning
3. To provide production shift model simulation according to customer demands analysis
4. To monitor and optimize inventory levels on WIP/FG/RM Level
5. To manage all subordinates above Hoerbiger standards
6. To manage the implementaon Stream in HDC as PP key user
7. To engage and implement adapted material flow concepts
8. To support the problem analysing and solving process, by providing data driven reports (production TT/output/backlog)
9. To drive the process development with all production, ME, Maintenance, QA team
10. Managing the ramp up of new products and prototypes production plan.
- Bachelor degree and above.
- Background in an international automotive serial production
- Successful developed a production planning and material planning systimatic or implemented
- Experienced lean material flow
- Implemented PP/MM in SAP (or equivalent ERP system) as key user or ramp up usage of it
- Experience in a multi facility logistic management or a major automotive environment required
- Strong desire and experience with an ERP system (e.g. SAP 6.0 or 7) and other Software
- Language: Good English.
